Bring back ordering to a person not a machine
When your taste buds get a hankering for something South of the Border the only way to scratch that itch is to head right over to your nearest Taco Bell and order something crazy like a soft taco or a quesarito or something. Whatever you get, it will be sure to satisfy your deepest urges.nThe service here is always friendly, welcoming and with a smile! Whoever trained the staff here need some Kudos and the staff needs a high five except we are in covid-19 and nobody can give each other a high-five. So here is my virtual high five to you all! Store was just opening at 11am?! Thought t-bell opened at 7am daily? Prep work wasn't done for the day, store front was a mess, nobody would take my order at the counter so I had no choice but to use the kiosk and it wasn't very easy to use.
I just sat in the drive thru and sat there for 5 minutes. Then asked if they were open and got no answer. Drove up to the window and waited there. Employees walked by and no one came to window. No help and they were open.
