I ordered a Deluxe Hawaiian fish sandwich.nI was asked to pull ahead the fish was being cooked.... 8 minutes later I received my sandwich. Totally disappointed, fish was Luke warm. Bun was tuff.... Not Good

I ordered one thing when going through the drive-through, it was their signature smokehouse brisket sandwich, I returned to my hotel room, looking to enjoy my one break from healthy eating for the week, what I found was the meat that extended from the edge of the burger sandwich, chard and brittle. I called the manager who claimed to be the general manager of Arby's to thank her for saving me money in the future as I will not be going back. I watched a steady decline in the portion control, which perhaps may have been too generous at first, but that is not my problem. I came to expect a certain level of a sandwich and I was extremely disappointed. It was not my intent on writing a review but given the opportunity I assumed why not?

Went through the drive through and ordered a Roast Beef sandwich and a large crinkle fry. Get my food, large curly fry in the bag. Go back through drive through explain I got a large curly instead of a large crinkle, they say no problem, drive up tot the window. They then replace my large crinkle, with a small. Not happy. I paid for a large crinkle, ended up with a small. Wasnt going to go through the drive through a third time. Get back to work and my roast beef sandwich (which was correct on my receipt/ticket) was also not correct. Received a Bacon, Beef and Cheddar. Doesnt even sound the same as Roast Beef.

No need to go into a food review, it's Arby's. Worthier food-critics than I have already covered that.nI just wanted to give credit, it was a Friday night with a super long line, and they were killing it with regards to speed. It took no time at all to get my order!

Food was good, but the person taking the order was not in the best of mood. But I understand I guess you can't be in happy mode all day at work.
