Tom is the owner of this establishment. From day 1 he would complain about his workers not showing up, having issues at his building, etc as to reasons why he cannot deliver good, timely service. This has been the worst experience working with this company. They never show up when they are supposed to. They overcharged me. Never added payments that I had made as if the payment wasn't made. Then just stopped showing up without any notice at all. Just quit. I have been nothing but cordial, working with him to try and get my towels done on a timely basis and trying to be understanding, but when he just quit without any notice at all I had to write a review to stop other people from trying to rely on this company. What a nightmare. The most unprofessional business I have EVER worked with.
