This is the worst experience I've had with a company I've ever done business with in the 20+ year history of owning a business. In short their MO is to sign you up for a contract that auto-renews, not provide you a copy of it, then fail to provide services. Their billing is inconsistent, incorrect, and yet the only place they actually put effort. Phone calls, messages, and certified letters go unanswered. I would've been ok if they had simply provided what we signed up for. Apparently their customers are the only party required to abide by the contract. I will NEVER do business again with them and I highly suggest you look elsewhere.

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t using there idiots , lack of follow thru, poor quality , wrong items delivered refuses to make correct . Just keep billing us even tho they dropped the ball
We own a small trucking company and we needed to get our image out there. We reached out to UniFirst and they told us if we sent them an approved emblem for our company that they could get us shirts embroidered with that emblem. I couldn’t be happier, the shirts look really nice and the emblem looks a hell of a lot better than what I had expected. Great company overall with the product and customer service!
Absolutely the worst uniform company out there. I have around 30 employees in uniforms and we have inconsistencies weekly. The employee turn over is horrible. You never know who to call. The uniforms are laundered in Gary Indiana with out dated equipment so if your employees actually do receive their “clean” uniforms, it is very probable that they will still be dirty. Save yourself a very big headache and don’t use this company. I recommend using Cintas.
