I manage a property in SE Grand Rapids area and first tried Ultra Clean, Inc. in 2013 for home refurbishments, repairs and cleaning and was extremely pleased with the level of work they performed. Since that time I have used Ultra Clean Inc. for major work from sub-flooring to skylights, including mold remediation, major wall repair/removal and roofing. Their work has been impeccable from very small jobs to complete renovations. I have employed Ultra Clean, Inc as my only vendor since then and have referred them to my residents whom have also been very pleased. Their very professional, trustworthy, honest and offer very quick turn around time. I have also contracted Ultra Clean, Inc. as contractors for plumbing, cabinetry, shower installation and painting in my private home. I highly recommend Ultra Clean, Inc. for any/all jobs you have.

I have hired Ultra Clean Property Service multiple times to steam clean the carpets in my new home. I have been completely satisfied with their work every time. They are easy to schedule with and the technician that cleans the carpets is friendly and professional. I also had Ultra Clean touch up the paint in my entire house before I sold it, I was so impressed when the touch up work matched perfectly. I have been so pleased with the quality of their work, I’ve recommended them to many of my family and friends.

I have been working with Ultra Clean for 8 years at an apartment complex in Kentwood. We use them for painting our apartments and I couldn't be happier. Their quality of work is better than anything I have found around town. They are very easy to work with and their prices are comparable to the around town companies but with better quality of work. Where I go, they will always be a vendor I use even if that means making changes to use them.
