Great place to wash your car especially in the winter months. Car is clean and shiny when your finished. Oh and it's washed and dried in under 3 min. With tire shine if you opp. For it? Friendly staff help you if you need it. Great place to wash and clean you car!
Employees are always friendly and helpful and I stopped here at least four times a week to get my car washed too during the day. I have never had any issues here or at any of the other locations and I am happy to have the monthly membership that they offer. Lots of locations in Grand Rapids
Vacuum not working
Great service and what great people you guys hire! For the most part everyone seems happy that works there, thats says a lot about upper management. As for what I would like to see added, it would be nice if your vacuums also had high pressure air lines to blow the dust out of the cracks of the interiors. I had a membership with a car wash company in Ohio and that was a very nice service they offered at their vacuum stations.
I like that you have so many locations and it makes it easy with the monthly pay to go to a location that is closest to me. However I still go to the one closet to me.nnI also like that you recently put the bumper pads in as the squealing noise on the left tire was concerning.nnI do like the auto pay and affordable rate that allows me to keep my vehicle clean weekly.
