Horrible service. Wrong food. Long wait would not recommend them. Waste of $$$$ cold food wow what a ripp off.
Usually this location is decent and has fresher food than some of the others round here but tonight they dropped the ball. 1st it took FOREVER to get our food and they weren't that busy. But the food seemed hot. So we were to upset but when we got home we realized they forgot our 1 year olds food! A simple Mac and cheese is all we needed. Then the jalapeno poppers were way hotter than usual and my bacon club chicken sandwich was spicy as hell. SMH. Definitely not their best work. To top it all off I've been calling and calling and NOBODY is answering! That is what is the most irritating thing
Just better food, usually...Not impressed by the fish! Took over 10 min to get our food, than forgot 4 fries?? And sauces she went back &fourth 2-3 times. Fries and sandwiches weren't fresh at all.
Last time I checked a roast chicken sandwich (add cheese) is NOT the same as a FRIED buffalo chicken sandwhich without any topping what so ever. Unfortunately this was a take out order and I didn't realize the wrong sandwhich until I was back at work. This is the 2nd time a wrong sandwhich has been given to me.
Always have to pull ahead and wait. And almost always shorted food. Tonight I was shorted an order of cheese sticks. Not surprised. :(
