Great friendly and fast service! Got our food in a timely manner and was cook perfect. The second batch of fries could have been cook a little less as they were really hard compared to the ones that originally came with our sandwiches. The staff was really nice and waiter was always checking up on us.
They had us sign in because if they had someone saying they had virus they could contact us. Thank you for looking out for us. I haven’t been there in forever but since they was advertising Vegan food I went there. Had the chicken and Yukon fries I enjoyed it so much I sent my daughter a picture!! We will definitely be back to eat the Veggie burger!!
Place was packed not a big deal. But what was a big deal was you had to sign a sheet to get on the waiting list, but when I signed my name the host had the clipboard flipped over and I signed the wrong side. Didn’t find out till we got skipped over by 4 families! Waited for 30 minutes and all they did was said sorry and put us back on the list but instead of making us first, they put us back at the bottom!!! Great customer service guys no wonder you’re going out of business.
Over the years, this place has remained very stable. Meaning the food is just okay but has never gotten worse. This is especially important since a lot of brew pubs and local burger locations have opened around town and the food is all superior. However this place has premium customer service. The waitress is always very nice no matter who you get. And the service is prompt and accurate. So for a family night, this place is still top-notch for the area. The appetizer selection is limited but everything is good and perfectly done. Burger selection has not changed much over the years but why change it because there are plenty.
