I'm not one to post negative reviews, but this place is terrible. Terrible customer service, and the place is filthy. The vegetables were not fresh and some were mixed in with each other. The lettuce was turning brown, and the employee had no problem putting it in our salads. We ended up just throwing them away. Bathroom was filthy with just a tiny bit of toilet paper sitting on the hand rail. Don't waste your time or money here.
Awesome customer service. Got a great deal on a huge sandwich. And the aroma in the store is wonderful.
This Subway rocked and both employees made great subs. Very happy with our decision to stop at this downtown Kalamazoo location after a day of Hospital food.
We came today for lunch maybe around 2ish. GREAT SERVICE! Both gentlemen working were extra polite. And did a great job! Both my kiddos left with a smile, and my 4 yr old said that guy was so nice mom as we left!
