Rude experience at closing. Came in tonight to pick up a Doordash and was informed they were closed and it was canceled. While talking about I made a comment about how it sucks because it effects me, which was in no way directed towards Mennas in any way, just conversation, yet the employee inside yelled and swore after me assuming the worst that I was hostile towards them. I tried to explain but the rudeness continued until I left.
Called earlier in the evening to the mount pleasant location asking their hours for Saturday 1/23/2021, and was told they were open until 2am. My boyfriend and I were excited to try them for the first time after driving almost an hour to mount pleasant and called at least 5 times with no answer to order our meal. We drove to the location to see if it what was super busy, but instead saw an open sign blinking with two female workers crouched over in a booth watching tv and ignoring our calls. Very upsetting first experience.
Its kinda original. Staff seems cool. Decent food open late.
First time being there drove all the way from Midland and i can say it was worth the drive it was the best sandwich i have had in a long time
I have been wanting to try Mennas for a while so today I finally decided to go. Got the restaurant, which is open for takeout and I believe even dine in, and looked at the menu. A few minutes had passed and we decided what we wanted. Still waiting. Finally I rang the bell. A minute later, a woman who had been spending her time drawing on a styrofoam cup stood up and walked into the back. I then realized she was an employee. Waited another minute and decided to walk out.
