We ate lunch there today and the food was excellent but the server (older woman) was the rudest server I’ve had in over a decade. She is definitely in the wrong profession. The lady at checkout was so sweet, wish we would’ve had her! But again, the food was great.

Not Bob Evans quality. Special requests (crispy bacon, potatoes, and light onion) were ignored. We ordered online so not sure if thats why but overall the food tasted poor. Biscuits and gravy and sausage links were good but omelette, scrambled eggs, and French toast were not.
I visited Bob Evans with a friend last evening. I was not impressed. Our waitress was not overly friendly. One of the first things I noticed was that the floor was extremely dirty. There were napkins all over, and food on the floor, in fact there was a napkin holding our table up, so as not to be wobbly. The food was okay. I will have second thoughts about eating here again
