10/5 stars i literally just ate the best sandwich Ive ever had from any subway.nThe workers here definitely know how to do their job.nI will be going out of my way to come to this specific subway from now on because the food and service was amazing.

I just went to the Munson Avenue Subway (6:45 pm August 19, 2020) and I won't go again. The young man that was waiting on customers was slovenly and mumbled. The woman that was there seemed like she was overwhelmed and it wasn't really that busy. There was no friendly greeting, both employees seemed like they would rather be anywhere but at work. The most troublesome aspect: the young man working had a mask on, but his nose was not covered. This defeats the whole purpose of a mask during this unprecedented health pandemic. It's like he was breathing on the food he was preparing. I got outta there!

I stood in front of the counter for 3-4 minutes and neither of the boys that were working said anything to me. No hi, bye, or kiss my a**. I have no plans to return.

I love Paul and his employees ud83dude0d they truly do try their best while the quality is ALWAYS FRESH AND AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! Not to mention SUBWAY'S MEAL IDEAS....

Literally doesn't even deserve 1 star. I waited in line at the drive thru for 10 minutes, was ignored, and finally drove away and left. Seriously this has happened on multiple occasions. Find some better help! Now I have 10 less minutes to grab food before work. Very disappointed.
