Average experience, quite a few machines are broken, place is clean and tidy enough, not crowded, close to downtown , washing machines cost $6 or $8 per wash depending on size. Drying costs 25 cents for 8 minutes.
Machines need to be updated to clean as much as they charge. Cost me 23.00 to wash 2 loads of laundry for myself, my husband And 6 year old. My washer broke and this was the closest place to my house. It took so long to dry everything the dryers didn't get hot ever. High heat was like air dry on my homie dryer. I SHOULD HAVE WENT TO EASTFIELD LAUNDROMAT where they guarantee satisfaction! There was a lady cleaning and she looked away when she'd pass by me. No greeting...no how are things going?!! Not what i expect and way to costly.
The night time cleaning lady is extremely rude and makes very rude comments.nShe is extremely nosey and gives no personal space.nShe shows up after midnight and I highly recommend not going to do any laundry to just avoid her all together.nShe picked a fight with a guy over a cigarette butt even for standing instead of sitting. The guy apologized and she was still extremely rude. She doesn't need to be working at this place.nMade me very uncomfortable.
Deserves zero stars. Numerous machines out of order. Labels on many are worn off, so don't state prices for cycles. No attendants on duty to suggest which machines to use for, say, queen-size comforters.
I'd give zero stars, but since they actually have the lights on, they get one star. I've lost money in washers and dryers, and even $10 in the change machine. I've called multiple times, never get a call back. I now have to video whenever I use the change machine. To top it off, half the time they don't have the hot water turned on. Front entrance has piles of snow blocking it, so you have to step on a compacted and slippery mound of snow to get in. I guess it's time for a lawsuit?
