No one on duty & broken machines that are not labeled. Wasted $12 on washers that don't work!nNo phone # to call if you have trouble. I won't be back.
Needs updating, had to many out of order machines including the pin ball machine. There were very few snacks in the vending machine. I mean very few, maybe four bags of chips all the same kind but in different slots. It did adequately serve its purpose. Edit- sense this original review I have returned twice. It has improved both times. More snacks, less out of order machines. Keep up the good work.
Don't go there! There are more that actively supervise their businesses and care about customers returning and satisfaction. This guy, the owner, Mike is very rude and in it for the money and wouldn't care less about you or how much you lose in their washers and dryers. As long as he keeps the cash he's good. Won't take the time to stop and talk to you about your problems in laundromat. Had to follow him around while he cleaned just to ask where my refund was from weeks before that was promised to me from washers. They didn't spin all water out and I had to rewash in another machine. By the way, I'm still waiting for it, Mike. They now won't answer my phone calls or messages.
Attendant does not enforce their own mask policy. only one of the five other customers that were there at the same time as me was wearing one. Little to no hot water so I had to run my wash a second time.nI used to come here regularly in 2018 and 2019. Will only use Eastfield on 8th from now on.
Dirty, smelly Laundromat! Was nice years ago. No change in machines, charged my Credit Card $1 extra then sign read.nnNo attendant on site...to save money I suppose. Folding tablles not wiped down & dirty floor! Not worth a quarter
