I recently dropped off a special leather coat that I purchased on a trip to Italy. The woman who waited on me was not wearing a mask and seemed offended when I put one on. She was rude to me as well.nnWhen I picked up the coat 2 weeks later it was COMPLETELY ruined. 3 sizes smaller, holes in the lining!!!! And they charged me over $50.nnSo disappointed ud83dude22. I will never use this business nor recommend it to others.

They were extremely rude during pick up around 12:45pm 11/6/2020, the woman at the window ignored my request for her to put on a mask and proceeded to retrieve my marching uniform. I will say I asked her politely and she turned her back to me and once she gave me my uniform she yet again turned her back to me in a rude manner. Yes I am a liberal but I am also immune compromised, she could have easily just put me at risk.

I've been dropping off my shirts and pants at Master Dry Cleaners weekly for 3+ years. They do an amazing job. The price is more than fair. I do not need to think twice that my clothing is cleaned properly. I also take them my coats when needed. Prompt service. They take care of me and I thoroughly appreciate that.

Great friendly service. Not cheap but clothes aways come out great so I guess it's another case of you get what you pay for. My choose when I need my clothes dry cleaned.
