My husband and I had a fantastic experience selling our Silverlake Eagle Mountain home with Jake Peterson. Jake is one of the most professional individuals we have ever worked with: he is timely, incredibly responsive, and always on top of things and driving things forward. To say that he made the daunting process of selling our home a seamless, organized, painless process is a huge understatement. We can't recommend Jake enough. Jake is our Realtor on our new construction and has been very helpful in the process. He takes my calls/texts anytime and is prompt in his reply.
In addition he has helped us through the process of selling our own home, even though we did for sale by owner. Next time I sell I am going to use him to sell as well as buy!
Jake was very helpful and found us a home quickly! My Husband and I were first time home buyers and he was so knowledgeable and made the process so easy! We were hesitant to put an offer on a home unseen but we are so glad we followed his recommendation. He was always quick to respond to emails, calls, or texts and stayed on top of things throughout the process. Any unforeseen issues were addressed immediately and he was never pushy but wasn't complacent either. I would highly recommend Jake and would work with him again!
If integrity, hard work, attention to detail, and communication are important to you then you need to work with Jake. Real Estate can be a daunting task with a lot of unknowns and Jake takes all of that out of the equation for you and helps make the process smooth and easy.
