If you like your food not to taste like toxic waste, I suggest to stay far away from here. If you want good customer service, well then this also isn't the place for you. The staff seems to be to high to know how to be appropriate and professional on the job, plus they also forget half the ingredients. I wouldnt doubt it if the tacos they served us were expired. No joke. The food was so bad we couldn't even stomache eating it and what few bites we did have caused us stomache issues for a full day afterwards. Do the public a favor and just close this place down.

This Taco Bell is the worst. Waited 30 minutes in line, got up to the speaker and waited again, ordered my food checked the screen and the guy had it correct. I pull up to the window, pay for my food, wait another 6-8 minutes for my food, get home and not only did they forget a side of sauce I asked for (like always), I asked for chicken instead of beef on my tacos and YET AGAIN they give me beef tacos!! The soda is consistently flat or warm, It’s the worst Taco Bell is traverse city...10/10 do not recommend.

The last 4 times ive come here in the past month, the workers making my food and at the window had half there mask either off or on there chin and then handling the food... i was pretty disgusted. I go to the taco bell on front street and they had there mask on while handling the food atleast from what i saw.Would not recommend grawn taco bell ever again.

the fries were very soggy the workers were coughing on my food and vaping and hitting thc products around it because my food smelled like pure good kush and all my tacos had no lettuce and a bunch of tomatoes all over the outside of the tortilla
