After calling on a water leak and damage, things were scheduled and quickly taken care of to reduce any further damage or loss. After the initial and subsequent follow up visits to make sure things were on track, the area is back to its original condition. Great work by them.

Until you personally experience the trauma of seeing your home catch fire as we did, you may not grasp the comfort we felt in laying the heavy clean-up burden on the ServePro staff. Several hours after our phone call to Keith at ServePro, he was able to dispatch two employees to immediately tarp the roof and stabilize the resultant water and soaked insulation that was getting into the subfloor and lower level of ourhome. ServePro staff were always courteous and professional. They covered our open roof, removed hazardous and wet materials, cleaned and moved personal belongings and quickly dried our home to potential mold and decay. We will be out of our home for awhile yet but now we have the hope of returning to a clean and comfortable home.nnI know ServePro prevented further damage to the home by their quick response and that we will be back in our home sooner than if we had not made that call.

They came out and helped within an hour and a half of my initial call.nDuring the remediation process they were very rough on everything. After cleaning up and really assessing the damage I found a significant amount of damage created by ServePro. I wrote them a note about the situation but I did not hear back however they did cash my check that was attached to the note.nUnfortunately, I would not use them again due to the extra damage they inflicted on my home. Resulting in more expensive repair costs.
