Lynn and her team were incredibly helpful when we bought our first home. They were knowledgable, friendly, and really helped us to easily navigate a very huge decision in our lives! Lynn also asked us some very useful, insightful questions when we looked at prospective properties, making sure that we had thought of everything! She helped us evaluate the craftsmanship and design of the homes, feel out the neighborhoods, and think about our future in the area we were considering. When we were signing our loan documents, Lynn caught something that ended up saving us hundreds of dollars in our upfront costs! I definitely recommend Lynn and her team when looking for your next home.

Nu-Start is a great place for renters to go. The management is up-front and open about everything. Major issues get fixed in a timely fashion. I lived in one of their properties for 2.5 years, and when I was ready to buy a house, my landlord became my realtor. The knowledge and support they can provide is immensely useful. They are also one of the only landlords around that will meet your dog before saying 'no'.

Great place to go if you are looking for dishonesty. If you want higher fees, this is your place. It smells of old lady's parfume and a men's toilet that hasn't been cleaned in months.

We have been renting from nustart properties for over 2 years now and it has been great! The land lady always helps us with issues quickly and when our credit wasn't in good shape she gave us a chance. Thank you
