3 stars is being generous, but you know what you're getting yourself in here ud83dude09nnSo my big beef with taco bell is they took the encharito off the menu. However if you order on the app it can be recreated by ordering a soft taco extra cheese no lettuce add chopped onions and a side of red sauce.

12 pack of soft shell tacos had very little meat and practically no lettuce. Not enough in them for even a kid to make a mess.

I love taco bell and have to keep going to this one because there's no other ones close. I do not remember the last time they've gotten my order correct, there's always things missing or modifications missed. I couldn't tell you the amount of money I've paid for that they have not given me. This morning had to be the last time I ever go there. Most modifications were missed and missing 2 orders of chips, stuff wasn't cooked enough and others were cooked too much. So glad a Portland location is opening up soon

They put our nachos and fries in the bottom of the bag and placed our other heavier items on top of them crushing the nachos and spilling all the fries. They offered to give our money back but because we ordered on the app we had to call corporate to getna refund. Call corporate and get put on the usual hold and promtly at 7pm it hung up! Called back and they close at 7 whick explain why they hung up but why no explaination.
