First off I would like to say that I work for Croome sanitation and between Earl and now Tom Croome I have close to 11 years with them. They treat everyone with same respect, including the employees and have been in business over 50 years. You don't stay in business that long if you mistreat customers . I am also a Massachusetts Freemason and believe in treating people fair and square and wouldn't work for anyone that was dishonest. When you call Croome make an appointment for us to come and clean out your septic we ask you to be home to flush to make sure it comes through ok, if not we might have to snake the line so you don't have a problem. This is to Roxanne Pacella who left the 1 star review, When you called and set up your appointment YOU agreed to be home at such a time then forgot about it, so we called you and told you we were there, then YOU wanted us to come back at a later time , and YOU still weren't there at the time when YOU said you would be. Naturally if you forget about your appointment we call you then we ask that if you don't want to or can't be there then you have the option of paying with a credit card. This is a common practice for some customers that can't be home. What don't you get, if you want service you have to pay for it? All I can think of is you tried to stiff us and it didn't work so you wrote this bogus review. Shame on you.
