We recently discovered PF Chang's on a whim, we were wanting to try some thing new. On our first visit a few weeks ago my daughter & I popped in while shopping at Eastwood, we were unaware that they were doing reservations only but they were able to squeeze us in at a high top table in the bar area where Katie took wonderful care of us. Last night my daughter's & I were going to catch a movie at Eastwood and decided to have dinner at PF Chang's so I called to make a last minute reservation & they only time available was cutting it close. The manager Sean was able to push our reservation out 15 more minutes so we could make it work. Once we arrived we were seated and within minutes Sean came to our table and greeted us and went out of his way to tell me to let him know if we needed anything at all. Our server Skyler was outstanding! The food was amazing!! This is definitely our new Favorite spot!! We will be returning regularly!! Kudos on the excellent customer service! Thank you.

We were surprised! It's been about 10 years since we were there last. This time the food was great and the service excellent. We had three different chicken dishes. I liked the spicy chicken best, but it is not a strong spicy. Great job folks; we'll be back soon.

I love this place. I have allergies, and they gone over and beyond. I called ahead one time and the manager offered to make me a special plate of dairy free fried rice. The waitresses and waiters have been phenomenal and understanding of my dietary restrictions. One waitress checked the ingredients in their new sauces without me even having to ask. They were much more accommodating than another location I called.

As a chain restaurant you can expect certain quality across all locations. This spot for some reason has, by far, the worst sushi rolls I have ever experienced. The rice is extremely sticky and chewy. Seems old? For something that is freshly made, it needs some work.

We had never been to a P.F. Chang's before so it was an entirely new experience and loved it! The lettuce wraps were GREAT as were our meals. The waitress was sweet to find a container for our leftovers that would be safe in a cooler. Can't wait to find another P.F. Chang's to visit!
