The soup was absolutely horrible!! It was so thick from being overcooked that the whole thing came up as one piece while trying to get a spoonful. It was Brown and burnt. When I asked if something could be done like a substitution since the girl stated that she probably just had it up too high I was told that nothing could be done. Not even cookies or chips since I couldn't get my money back. She took it and threw it in the trash in front of me and told me to have a great day with an attitude! Worst service ever! Even the girl behind me in line said she worked at Subway for years and never seen soup that looked like that served to customers. The owner was called and told the worker that there was nothing they could do to make it right. Incompetent employees are the result of incompetent employers.

Barbara helped me when she was on her break. She didn't have to do that on her time but she did. This is what great customer service looks like.

Only reason i gave this place 5 stars is bc of your employee ashley. Outstanding worker and when i didnt like my sub she had no issue fixing me up a new sandwhich. Appreicate this worker please hard work should always get noticed

I went there last week and the girl that helped me overcharged me for the kids meal. When I questioned her about it she said she wasn't trained on how to charge kids meals. I asked for my receipt and she said the machine wasn't working, and to come back and talk to her manager. What kind of service is this??Ridiculous!

Went there on last Friday at 3pm with my family and there was only 1 guy working and had 7 ppl in line .. He was very SLOW waited over 20 mins and he was STILL making the guy in front of me his 1 sub .. Kept talking non stop about video games, this is pure non sense ... My family left. very bad business
