I am disappointed with the service. I dropped off 4 items. When I came to pick them up 1 item was damaged. I was not notified about the damaged item until I came to pick up the item about one week later. When I arrived they told me they could not clean it. They claimed the item was brought in damaged. If this was the case I should have been notified immediately. I did not bring in a damaged item. The woman checked all of my articles of clothing before I had dropped them off with me.I hope to be reimbursed for the item and I will keep everyone posted on the outcome of this matter.
This dry cleaning shop sucks!!!...I brought my vintage wedding gown there, hoping that they gonna clean it good but instead they ruin it. It took more than a month before I got it, so disappointed because the stain was still there and it smells so bad. So i brought it back again for the second time, the smells is a lot better now but the dress is rip off, stain is still there, it's worst than before and now i don't know if i can use it anymore. The upsetting part is we paid that much money for the poor service. See photos for your self.
