The vacuum had very poor suction and was not effective. I called the owner’s phone three times inquiring about a refund and left three detailed messages but never heard back. Totally unacceptable. I will not be going back.
I was really hoping for this to be my go-to car wash in Bellaire. Unfortunately, this is one of the worst car washes I have ever visited. To start, you have to blindly select what type of wash you want, because there aren't descriptions for what is included in each wash level. The soap was minimal, and the dryers didn't work. I drove out with a soaking wet, and still dirty, truck. Also, there were tons of water spots, which made going to this car wash pointless.
I only ever use the manual power washer and I've not had any issues so far as of the last three months
For $6 you can’t go wrong! Beats getting your shoes wet that’s for sure!!
Have been calling for a couple days now about a 10 dollar car wash where no soap was dispensed. All I get is a voice mail. I Have video proof. Kinda lame.
