Well! BIG DOG offer to help me even before he had the JOB! he fixed the issue at hand. I work in boston had a leaking basement. I ask him to go by and have a look for me. I highly recommend Big Dog Plumbing. My hot water heater was leaking and needed replacement; I live in a mobile home and you know replacement heaters for these homes are not easy to come by. Eric was able to obtain a hot water heater right away and replaced it within one hour and a half. We seniors need to honest reliable and efficient people like Eric and staff. Nice guy and while he initially tried to diagnose a hot water issue, he quickly gave up and wouldn’t return my calls or texts. I was told he had to call the manufacturer for more information but then he just ignored me while a tenant didn’t have hot water. I had to call someone else for service. If he wasn’t willing or able to help, he should have at least let me know.
