Highlights: Best customer service, very polite and friendly staff, tidy room, and all possible precautions taken for COVID.nnI stayed for 3 nights and on the day of checkout out I had an unexpected meeting to attend on skype, when I requested the manager for 3 hours extension of checkout, she was kind enough to say Yes! without a second thought. Usually, other hotels charge a one-night fee if we extend more than an hour but this staff was kind enough to understand and let me stay.nnSpecial thanks to the entire staff team and cleaning team, for ensuring the room had enough towels and other things.

Spicebush house- Absolutely fantastic house. Huge living room and 3-season room. Large bedrooms with TV's. Tons of towels. Fully equipped kitchen. Wonderful decor. Large back yard with lounges and chairs and a fire pit (the girls made smores). Hot, hot and cold, cold water. Lots of parking and 2-car garage. Even with 10 people never felt crowded. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended!

Everyone was fine and dandy to work with, but for the suite I was “upgraded” to I was not expecting my feet to hang a foot off the bed and having to sleep diagonally to keep them on. Mattresses and pillows were sub optimal overall. Bathroom had no counter space. But, that being said. It is a great value for the area price wise. If you are just looking for a place to crash then you could do a whole lot worse than here.

Staff was excellent at making sure all our needs were met, they even went the extra mile by giving us 2 rooms to choose from, giving us their time to help us figure out the best scenic routes in the area, and when I asked for lotion, they gave me 3 different kinds all wrapped in a goodie bag. Rooms were very clean and free breakfast was varied. Thank you to all Wells-Ogunquit Resort Motel & Cottages owners & staff for all your help and positive attitude! -Even if we asked a lot of you.

Rooms clean, felt safe staying there in the midst of Pandemic. Friendly staff. Beautiful well maintained grounds. I gave 2 star because the room and bathroom was VERY DATED and pictures on Website are deceiving.nThe Beach is Not within a short walking distance but Short Driving distance.
