Stephanie Tremblay is the best! She’s represented us as buyers and sellers and each experience was great. We thought between being out of state and the pandemic things could get dicey but Stephanie handled all the details and made things seamless. Highly recommend!

Buying a home out of state adds challenges to the process, Erin Chisholm and the team at Exit Realty could not have been more helpful. Erin was responsive and worked diligently to arrange home visits that worked with our schedule. Rick Coyne took time out of his Sunday to meet with us at the Exit office to help us understand the current market and ensure we were submitting a competitive bid. Through the whole process we never felt like we were forgotten, Erin responded quickly and kept us updated the whole time. We love our new home at the beach and would highly recommend using Erin Chisholm and the team at Exit Realty!

Stephanie was a pleasure to work with! She was not only professional and knowledgeable, but really listened to what our needs and concerns were. She took us to as many houses as we needed to see, was flexible with our limited schedule, and had great suggestions. She also really knew the areas and towns well and was able to give us advice, being out-of-staters, on what vibe each town had.
