My wife and I worked with Leo at Maine Castle Realty to purchase our first home and really can't say enough good things about him. He is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient and incredibly generous with his time ( including mornings, evenings and weekends over the course of several months ) . He answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. We always feel like he has our best interests at heart. Even now, more than couple weeks after closing, he still cheerfully recommends contractors and other service providers when we contact him looking for suggestions as we complete work on our home. Buying a home in this market is challenging, but working with Leo made it as painless and straightforward as possible. We highly recommend him .

My husband and I live in Portland,ME, we are both full time employee with 2 kids in after school and weekend activities. With our busy and tight schedules, finding a house of our dreams in Portland area was not going to be easy, we needed a reliable, trustworthy, competent real estate agent with excellent communication and coordination skills and experience. Leo from Maine Castle met those requirements and worked well with the seller's team and the sale was handled quickly, drama-free and flawlessly. For those new to the area or first home owner like us, Leo offers rides to open house and provided recommendation for inspector, and after transaction he helped us to get the carpenter and electrician.I would recommend the Maine Castle Realty for anyone who desires a stress free transaction and making the process of moving into your home much easier. If by any chance I have to buy or sell a home I will 100% use Maine Castle Realty.
