Following a hot water & boiler emergency, we received quick help from the GP team. Outstanding service.
Over the last two years we have used GP to install an HVAC unit, new toilets, irrigation meter and many more small jobs. Two weeks ago our furnace failed in the middle of the night and they were there the next morning to drain the pipes to prevent freezing and a few days later to install a new furnace. The entire Team starting with Tom is very professional. And, gets it done right. Highly recommend. David

I've used Garrett-Pillsbury for several projects, the most recent being an extensive and somewhat complicated home renovation and addition. The project included installing some new cooling equipment and adding additional heating capacity. Tom from GP was very responsive and organized throughout the project and we were on time and on budget. I can highly recommend them.
Garrett installed 2 Mitsubishi heat/ac ductless systems at two homes for me, over the past 15 years. The systems work great to this day. For one of them, 4 years after installation, they found and fixed a problem for me, on the spot, no charge, no hassle. They stand behind their work.nnI have another house I'm working on, and I know who I'm going to call to have my next system installed. I won't use anyone else. They are true professionals.
