Brian is extremely thorough. He transformed our kitchen and bathroom and dealt with many obstacles throughout. Brian is a seasoned plumber and won’t hesitate to crawl in the smallest of spaces to complete the job correctly. Hiring Brian left us feeling like a member of “our team” and has been a resource to us post plumbing work for questions. I will hire him again - our first and last phone call for Wells.

Maine Street Plumbing has been our plumber for 8 years, and is always responsive and respectful (especially during these COVID times). I can always count on Brian for any plumbing project, and he is super trustworthy and reliable. He does above and beyond work and prioritizes his projects in order to help his customers. We have had him install kitchen sinks, do basement plumbing work, and help us install an outdoor shower. He had to do some carpentry to get the outdoor shower up and running, and he problem solved and did exquisite work!

We needed a plumber. I got estimates from three plumbers. One of them was Brian from Main Street. I liked him right away. Kind, friendly, and courteous. I told him that the last gentleman gave us an offer of 500. I thought that was high. Brian said he could do it for 400.00, no problem.nHe did an amazing job. But, it didn’t turn out to be an easy job at all. Because he is conscientious he took his time. It took all day. He also had to buy another part.nWhile Brian was working my husband mentioned to me that this job was a lot harder than he thought. He said that Brian is probably going to charge us more. And rightfully so. When the time came and he was finally done. And the job was done beautifully. He asked my husband how much he quoted him. My husband said 400. And Brian said 400 it is. It happened kind of fast. But I knew right then and there that this guy had integrity, and he was honest. He stayed with his word. He didn’t have to.nBrian is my plumber and I am going to tell all my neighbors about him. Trust is important.

Very professional, prompt, very reasonable. Has fixed anything and everything from an old clawfoot tub plumbing to new construction.nHighly recommended.
