Friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced!nThe day after Christmas we had a sewer issue and called 4 other services with no answer before we contacted Pray's & Grants around 4pm (Gonya's did call us back the same day but referred us to someone else who hadn't answered already and it was after we had spoken with this company). They were able to come out first thing the following morning to pump the tank. The Technician was friendly and professional, he advised us of our problem and they gave us a very reasonable quote for repairs, which we were able to coordinate within the same week.

Bought my house and did the know where the tank was located. Called Prays and the driver knew where it was from memory. Promptly came and pumped,great service

He came two hours early without letting us know because he was in a hurry to get on vaction and then used my lawn as a turnaround for no reason leaving deep ruts and damaging my driveway. I tried to get ahold of them to get it fixed but they ignored me. He also left a bunch of septic sludge all over my lawn. I will definitely not be using them again.

Needed new pump. Prior pump failed. Came when promised. Did an excellent job. Required new wiring etc.
