We purchased our property through them and now we trust them to rent it for us in all seasons. They are extremely attentive and organized. Their housekeeping staff does impeccable work. I wish I could hire them at our full time home. They have a great maintenance employee that is seemingly skilled in all trades and takes care of anything we ever need from a loose dock board to a heating issue to fixing the wifi for any renters. You name it he can do it. They present your property on many home rental sites which gives you immense exposure. The office staff and owners go above and beyond for their clients. They aspire for perfection with everything they do. In fact when people approach us directly to rent our property we suggest they just go through M & F and we pay their commission as we know that our friends experience will be perfect if these folks are in the background attending to their needs. Equally the home and land sales team runs with the same philosophy. They even showed us a property two days after Christmas one year in a snow storm. We have had the pleasure of working with many of the folks at Morton & Furbish over the past few years and our experience has been spectacular!
