Choosing Mandy at U&R as our agent was the BEST decision we made when buying a new house. Mandy takes the time to get to know her clients to best support them through the home buying process. She is incredibly responsive, and this made a world of difference in us finding the house of our dreams! Mandy is also incredibly knowledgeable about Maine real estate, and has positive relationships with people across the industry. This knowledge would make her a great agent for first-time home buyers, folks that are new to Maine, or anyone who is looking for an advocate in the real estate process! We are so grateful for the joy and ease that Mandy brought to our home buying experience!!

Mandy was absolutely amazing throughout the entire house-buying experience. My fiancé and I were first time purchasers, and to be honest the whole idea of buying a house was so scary and intimidating -- until we met Mandy. She explained how it all works so clearly, answered any and all questions whenever/wherever, and most importantly, made the process FUN! It took a few months to find our perfect home, but Mandy stuck with us through it all and was just as determined (if not more!) to find our perfect home. Down to Earth, fun, energetic, exciting and most of all knowledgeable about the industry is how I would describe Mandy. When we decide to upgrade to a new house in the future, we would absolutely love to work with Mandy again. 100% would recommend for any and all real estate business in Maine! Honestly not enough nice words to say about Mandy and U&R!
