Jean is the best person to go to get a summer vacation rental! We discovered PI last year on a day trip and fell in love, so we decided to rent a home for a week. We went with Southerly at Oceanside and WOW! It’s a gorgeous property, with amazing views, beautiful artwork and history. We are definitely coming back! Thank you.

Wow watch out here After collecting all my PII and money he starts being vague. He'd vanish for days or weeks then pop back talking about the rental again.nnI finally told him no thanks You should too

We have rented from Jeannie twice now and recommended her to many of our friends. Peaks Island is great, and Jeannie is a pillar of that community. Very friendly and works hard to help her clients find the property they want for their vacation. I highly recommend Jeannie's own house if you plan on having a big group - it was wonderful.
