Dirt road located behind Ashland Municipal Highway Dept. garage parking lot. Road leads to old abandoned Catholic Cemetery. Most of the graves were removed to the new St Mark's Catholic Cemetery located closer to Ashland during 1930-1950's, several marked and unmarked graves remain at old location. Site marked by old iron cross which was damaged after surrounding trees fell on it. During late 1970s, i was part of the local Son's of the VFW chapter and we had cleaned out much of the over growth. There are military veteran graves still located on the site so remembrance ceremonies and gun salutes were still carried out so the new road was built. DO NOT attempt to access Cemetery via Quimby St. location. Private land ownership near Cemetery does not allow tresspassing. Even though a dirt road leads to Cemetery the terrain is still hard walking and overgrowth is reclaiming the location despite recent clean up photos courtesy of Armand O'Clair and Stacey O'Clair
