Everything is worked out and looking forward to a great service for my move.

I was supposed to get a deep clean which was supposed to be ceiling to floor. I would consider what they actually did was a standard clean. Didn’t clean fans, lights, baseboards. Didn’t even get cobwebs by the ceiling. I just got out of surgery for cancer and I wanted a deep clean so I could keep it up. I was disappointed.

Quick but no attention to detail not even when you pay for a deep clean

this business deserves ZERO stars....I paid to have my house cleaned while I was out of town. When I arrived home, it was extremely obvious zero cleaning had been done as it was described when I made the appointment. I notified them of my complete dissatisfaction and filed a formal compliant with over 60 photos of the most obviously unclean surfaces on just the first level of my house - needless to say I asked for a full refund. They advised they would respond to my request by a certain timeframe and big surprise they failed to respond by said timeframe - just another example of their poor customer service and lack of commitment to provide service as they say they will
