Mona Lisa Spa & Salon

My friend and I went for a spa day and left very disappointed. Though the facial was enjoyable enough, the manicure was laughable and was no different than what you could do at home yourself. The most disturbing part was the cleanliness of the entire place, there was nothing that looked like it would pass any kind of health inspection. Wouldn't go back again and wouldn't recommend anyone else go unless they enjoy being pampered with tools that have sat in very unsanitary and nasty looking cleaning solution that's been left in the jars for far too long.

I tried to purchase a massage package for my girlfriend. I stood in the waiting room for over 15 minutes and listened to a woman’s conversation with the hair stylist. The phone rang twice and went to voicemail at the unoccupied front desk. I was not told someone would be with me shortly and when I made eye contact with the hair stylist I wasn’t even acknowledged. The lady getting her haircut even told the gentleman he could come and see what I needed. New to the area. Classy...

I've been going to this salon for a while. I have recently located and still drive an hour and twenty minutes to have Rhonda do my hair. Wonderful, warm experience. The shampooing and hair styling is so relaxing. I definatley recommend anyone to come to this salon and enjoy the experience!
