Jay immediately called me back and worked me in the same day to take a look. He was quick and accurate at the assessment - in and out in like 15 mins, with a repair plan to boot. He came back on the next business day and busted it for 6 hours to make sure we were taken care of. The 2nd two guys seemed to not fix things the first time, leaked all over my new vanity... 3rd guy took care of it.. a bit higher than I thought

We had a plumbing emergency late on a Friday night and started calling all the big companies in Louisville only to get their voicemails. We called Jay's and Jay himself answered and immediately had someone out at our house and working on the issue in less than 40 minutes. They worked until midnight to get us at least through the night and were back Saturday morning to finish. They were also able to investigate the issue further and reduce their initial repair estimate thus not charging us for unnecessary repairs amidst our desperate situation. Highly recommend!

I am extremely happy with their service and pricing. I called on a Saturday and they were able to come right out to fix my problem. The technicians were very friendly, respectful and a pleasure to work with.

Workmanship and speedy fix of leaking water heater very much appreciated. Problem was final price double the initial estimate. To be fair the original estimate was for a 50 gallon gas water heater. Final unit was 75 gallons, as was the old one, but at an extra $1,300! Checked pricing of the model online and it was $1,100 at retail price.nDo yourself a favor and get the estimate in writing with all details.
