Received full service car wash. Attendant was received to my concerns. Attendant took his time and thoroughly dried my vehicle. Windows were cleaned and tire shine was applied to vehicle.
Motor Mat is the best Car Was in the area by far! Motor Mat pays great attention to detail and my car always sparkles when I Leave.
Need to do a better job with little details like making sure windows are cleaned throughly, vacuum, and if you pay for tire shine you get it
The quality of service has dropped tremendously. Advertising and selling mat wash and mat washing not provided. Paid for vacuum and interior was still dirty. Very disappointed, definitely not worth what I paid.
My vehicle was scratched on the Passenger Side front & rear doors. I purchased the Buick Envision on Nov. 28, 2020. It had no scratches @ the time of my purchase. This was my first Car wash since my purchase. I will NEVER GO BACK TO MOTOR MAT CAR WASH!! Now, I will have to get the scratches buffed out somewhere.
