I would highly recommend J Brian Day! From setting up the service we needed to completion of the job, they were so professional and wonderful to work with. We worked with Vincent to set up the service and he provided a written, detailed quote outlining the work to be done in a quick responsive manner and their pricing was very good. Scheduling was easy and the dumpster was delivered on time as promised. Even the person who delivered the dumpster was friendly and professional. The crew arrived on time to do the work, explained everything they were going to do, and called me throughout the day to keep me posted on the progress. They did an amazing job in the basement and were highly professional as was everyone else we had worked with at J Brian Day. When they finished, they walked me through what they had done. I was so impressed with their level of kindness, professionalism, and work ethic.

I had a water leaking problem from the Jacuzzi on the second floor to kitchen on the first floor and down to the basement.nJ. Brian Day was called in for services base on the positive reviews online.nThe GOOD: Mitigation process: Mark L. Andrade (from J. Brian Day) responded immediately, made evaluation, and had his crews setting up fans and dehumidifiers on the next day. The communication went very well during this process via text messages. Mark even came when the insurance adjuster came for the evaluation.nThe BAD: Reconstruction process: I was promised to have the reconstruction after the mitigation process. No text message return nor phone call on the reconstruction schedulenThe UGLY: For 2 weeks, I made several attempts via texting and email to no avail. Mark did not respond until I notified him that the insurance check at my house. He came to pick up the check right away. His excuses for not responding reconstruction schedule is too busy. What’s the heck… You have to be busy to get paid.nNO, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company. If you want a total resolution for your problem, STAY AWAY from this company! Don’t rely on Mark L. Andrade for reconstruction scheduling… He must do it to his customers all the time.n2 stars (Mitigation part) + 0 star (Restoration part) + 0 star (Customer Satisfactory) = 2 stars on the review.
If I could give this company 10 stars I would! We contacted them after a water break in our bathroom. Charlie Fisher was nothing short of amazing through the entire process. He worked with our insurance company, scheduled all the work, followed up promptly, checked in regularly and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Workers were on time, polite, highly skilled, and the level of work done was top notch. I HIGHLY recommend this company - would call again if ever needed! Thanks to Charlie and team - BRAVO!
My initial project involved water damage in a den. Charlie Fisher responded promptly to evaluate the room and developed a quote for the repairs in a timely fashion. He worked closely with the insurance company throughout the project keeping the adjuster updated on repair status. Charlie’s team did a great job of transforming an outdated den into a bright, modern room. The second project involved mold remediation from a bathroom ceiling. That project turned out well and was managed as successfully as the first. I was very impressed with Charlie’s project management skills and I would highly recommend him and his team.
