Nice place to visit.
This is a large pavilion,it will accommodate around 200 people judging by the number of benches under the structure,it has a four story tower people can walk up and enjoy the view from the top floor. I don't know about the history of the building but it has a nice feel reminecent of a fine log cabin with a lot attention to detail,the site is managed by the st Charles Park district.
