Company is giving a very good service!

These people don't even deserve that one star. I want everyone to know that they deliver dirty sheets blankets and pillow cases all the time to the hospital I work at. The are late with deliveries and most the time forget this. We find stains, heart monitor stickers and holes in linen. I think the public should be aware that they do this is so gross.

HellonnAn offer was set on the table for me to accept or resign with no other option. I am being removed from the manager position and my salary will be revoked. I was told to work 2nd shift back in May with no other option. I then was asked to consult Alce and support him with whatever he needed. In June and August we had major complaints regarding the dirty linen overflow on 3rd Shift. I then volunteered to take on that task and results were good. No issues were brought up during this time. As soon as I was placed back on first the issues continued. Now I am being moved again and worse I am being stripped of everything I have worked for in my 13.5 years with Superior. I have been through many challenges while managing at UIC. I was forced to use the agency to hire new staff to work at UIC. Every individual was supposed to be drug tested and background checked according to Superior. That was not the case during my time as a manager. I say this to say that not once did Superior care for my safety or supported me during this hardship. I was dealing with convicted murderers and drug addicts but was told to keep quiet as long as they did their job. The issues we have at UIC regarding linen is not because of me, it is because the lack of linen that belongs to UIC is being given to Mt. Sinai and other accounts. We have been asked multiple times by Armando to place clean linen in blue bags and place in the trunk of his car. That is the reason for these shortages. Again I was told to keep my mouth shut.Things have changed drastically since Adam and Armando have been in charge. I felt that support on their end was not given and many risks were taken to fill the hole for many employees that were fired due to drug use and criminal records. That did not matter. They continued to use the same agency after having the knowledge that a convicted murderer worked for us for almost 2 years. All information was withheld from me so I had no idea these guys were not being tested or background checked. When I returned from vacation on April 12th, 3 employees quit. That responsibility was tossed on my lap and nothing had been done on Armando's part to get new employees before I returned. That prolonged the issues at UIC due to lack of staff and forced Terry to quit due to no support again from Superior. 2 months ago Adam promised a severance package and I was asked to stay another week to help until new staff was hired. That has been taken away from me along with my vacation time. If I knew that Adam would not keep his word as a man I wouldn't have accepted. Adam and the whole Superior Company , you guys are wrong for doing this to me and my family. I hope this email helps Mike and Grady understand on how your company operates and how you treat your employees. I do not need your reference letter from you or anyone involved with your company. I am NOT quitting nor accepting your offer. I expect my Termination papers ASAP.nnThose that know me know that I never brought problems to anyone and all I did was follow the rules and worked hard to be a better person. This is unacceptable and wrong in my opinion.

This is a racist place to work they are discriminating against black people they hired this one supervisor named Maria who study moving all the black people around and she told an white employee that she was going to fire this black girl named Nyshira and than recently told new forieng employees on second shift who right away notified an black employee that she's friends with that she was going to fired 25 black people and she went to second shift after being on first to get more black people fired she started picking with this one girl named Chantel who she fired also you can't go to human resources because they won't help you as well corporate doesn't help either the linen is always stained and it's so hot in there people be passing out and still force to work 10hrs with thick scrubs while the supervisor wear sleeveless shirts and capris it's bad enough the employees work hard and still get mistreated they have the leads timed you in the bathroom and hiding behind carts to watch you like an dog if you don't speak Spanish you being picked on
