SERVPRO of St. Charles / Geneva / Batavia

I am Farmers Insurance Agent and Fortunately and Unfortunately I had the recent need for SERVPRO services due to water damages caused by a Fire sprinkler leak from an adjacent unit. Emilia was out in less then a 1/2 hour to access the damage and Giovanni was there within an hour to start the clean up and dry out. I have recommended SERVPRO in the past to clients and they have always been happy with the results. Now based on my personal experience I can see why. Highly recommend and very satisfied.

We came home to discover that our lovely home was dripping water from the ceiling in the garage, kitchen, dining room, all the way down to the basement. A water supply line had broke, leaking for up to 7 hours, causing major damage. Our friend on call supporting us for immediate clean-up, on a whim, recalls the name Servo-Pro from the trucks driving around locally. He called very late on Sunday evening and spoke to Emilia, who said they could have a team out early Monday morning. From that point forward Serv-Pro had taken control of the situation and has been exceptional throughout.nnWe originally hired them to do the water clean-up and significant tear down (drywall, flooring, trim removal etc.). They offered to do the entire REBUILD and REMODEL. I couldn’t be happier to have selected them for the entire gig.nnJeff (the general contractor) was meticulous with attention to detail and ensured we were involved with all decisions and material selection. Cody and the entire construction team were very professional and courteous at all times. This was especially important for my wife while having strangers in the house at a time of our house in disarray.nnEmilia, the acting project manager assigned to the project, was outstanding with very responsive communication and ensuring the rebuild plans are aligned with our insurance estimates and on schedule.nnNo job is too big for Serv-Pro. The overall result was the best we could have imagined. Serv-Pro St. Charles has done a fine job in every way.

All I can say is Wow! ServPro did a stellar job bringing my home back to new. I experienced a major pipe burst which flooded my 1st floor wood floors and into my finished basement. I thought we wouldn’t be able to get it back to where it was. I called ServPro and they literally showed up within the hour. They knew time was important and brought three ServPro teams to jump right into action. These guys were professional, responsive, and courteous. They laid down canvas tarps and wore shoe protection to keep the floors clean. Within a couple hours, they had removes all water and kicked off industrial fans and dehumidifiers. Best of all, I had a ton of concerns and questions. Every employee took time to inspect and did not hesitate to get in deep to make sure no water stayed hidden. They were patient and answered all my questions throughout the week. I would like to say a special thank you to Emilia, Chad, Giovanni, and Jose. What a super crew. They took care of my home as if it was theirs. I will use them again for any need that arises.nnThank you!

Definitely would recommend this company to people I know. Same day I had the flood, they were out. The guys that were onsite, were professional and did a great job. Emilia was great at working with my schedule and she was very prompt in her responses and letting me know the process.
