Had heard great things, needed a $400 king size down comforter washed per tag instructions. The employees could have cared less of instructions at drop off. Picked up my item 3 days later as is wasn’t ready in the turnaround time they claim. After getting it home, found multiple stains it went in with. Looks like they just took it, bagged it and returned it to me.nCalled the store...sorry ma’am...there’s nothing we can do. First and last time customer here.
