Love everything about this place (membership value, no wait, tire shine, and the vacuums which also have a crevice blowing tool for getting crumbs/dust out of nooks and crannies), except for the drying. You should definitely bring a towel and plan on finishing drying your car because if you let it dry it will have lots of spots. Wish that the water would dry more spot-free and/or the dryers at the end were better positioned or more powerful to dry the front and sides - hand-drying my chrome grille is kind of a pain.nnGroupon brought me here, but the experience will keep me coming back.
i had the $21 package (i think that's the price) but the service is more like a basic wash service - no frills. Does an OK job but the car is not completely clean nor dry. And they have an incredibly slow customer service - you have to email them and they take 24 hours to respond if at all. Not highly recommended
I signed up for a membership, the wash is good but they muddle an explanation on the cost. I was led to believe if i pay for the $13 carwash i am given unlimited washes for that price each month. 2nd month i was charged $25. Seems unethical to me...not much of a deal.
Would receive 5 stars if you'd bring back the dash wipes & towels :) Decent wash & dry for reasonable price (monthly membership)
It's good but for some reason, their brush broke a piece of side mirror. But it don't bother me it's only a material item.
