I was apprehensive to see other customers going inside/sitting in the waiting area without masks on, but I understand that there’s only so much that Fuller’s can do about that (although it couldn’t hurt to put up “masks required” signs on the doors like nearly everywhere else in our area). But what really bothered me was the fact that the cashier didn’t have a mask on. We asked her why she wasn’t wearing one, and she just said it was because of the small sneeze guard in front of the register, and that normally she was sitting farther back. Again... Most other places in our area use sneeze guards and still require their staff to wear masks. It’s the law, after all. Very disappointing and not considerate of customer safety in an enclosed area where you know customers sit to wait for their cars. Do better.nnHowever, I do want to note that the detailing crew does a really excellent job and they’re super nice. They were also all wearing masks (and they were all outside).

Had inside of car cleaned. No wash. It was raining and didn't want to pay another 20.00 on top of 45.00. Really? Didn't take 15 minutes and the floor boards weren't cleaned very well. Will not be going back there. Too expensive!

Went today to get a full detail. They did a great job! The inside of my car looks brand new!

Came here just to get interior done. They have a 35 interior spiff plan i tried to purchase. I was told I cannot purchase this plan by itself(has to be with a wash)or I would be charged an additional 10$ for not getting a carwash with it. This is stated nowhere inside or outside of the building. I talked to what seemed to be a manager and even he could not seem to give me a reason as to why this is. I Was instead told to get a full service wash for 26$ total that includes outside and minor inside cleaning minus armor all and scrubbing. This makes no sense to me. They are here and get the job done, however this business practice makes no sense.nnOne thing to note is inside employees and manager do not wear a mask. If you believe in corona or not, its best practice to wear a mask to protect your customers or make them feel at ease.nnUpdate: 1/17/20nnSame manager/owner still refuses to wear mask, but employees do.
