I’ve taken my clothes here on 3 occasions. Never had a problem until this last time. I dropped off 12 items and they handed me 10! First they lied and said it was lost, I ran back and forth over there for 4 weeks! The last 2 items were a St. John outfit that cost $450.00! They didn’t realize I had just lost my mother and that suit was the last one she bought me before she passed away and couldn’t be replaced. Week 4 they said they found it and still needed to clean it, and to come back in 3 more days. I came back and guess what.... they couldn’t find it AGAIN! By WEEK 5 I was so distraught I told my husband, ...,,he walked in there and had a refund for the cleaning they never did and my suit! Needless to say I’ve NEVER gone back, guess I’ll drive to another city to get my clothes dry cleaned. # Pitiful

We recently had a wedding and we needed 15 table clothes pressed. The staff didnt seem to care at all and in the end wanted to charge more for ironing the table clothes than what they cost to buy. We ended up just pressing them ourselves. Now the six suits and three dresses that we need dry cleaned are going to blackleys cleaners.

My mother and sisters used this cleaners when I was only about 5 or 6. They are friendly and give you the best service. They even have a sewing and repair service that is great. I have no complaints for this cleaners. You drive thru and they come to your car for pick up and drop off. Its wonderful service and ONE OF A KIND.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to pick up my suit for a wedding the same day on a Saturday. Operating hours clearly say open until 1:00 . Nope. I got there at 12:10 and they were closed. I guess there were more important things to do than servicing your x customers. Will not be returning. Terrible service. Stay away!!!
