This issue is nearing a complete and satisfactory completion tomorrow morning Sept 15-2020. SERVPRO has been very professional to the Johnson home. It has been six weeks since the water damage turned us upside down and SERVPRO made it bearable. The only problem for the last four days was State Farm had made a clerical problem with the claim. Today State Farm Ins. corrected the issue holding up for the last four days.
We had a kitchen fire at our local Lions club building on a Saturday night and had hall rental the next day. Called them at 10 pm and they were there in an hour to assess the job and had a team there all night so we didn’t have to cancel the hall rental. Then they came bad and did a super deep clean the following week plus disposed of all the ruined items. Gave us a list of everything for our insurance. Phillip and his team were great to work with.
Everything went fine with our use of SERVPRO
