Morris Express $3 Wash

I have been grateful for the car wash in this pandemic to take my kids somewhere safe, in our own car, and to essentially get out of the house for a bit. I make it a whole experience pick up my groceries, get my small children a sweet treat, and go through the car wash and then can conveniently vacuum out their crumbs right after. The last few times I’ve been a little disappointed by one employee. I thought it would be good to get a membership since I’m there weekly anyway and the girl with long dark hair was rude and could have cared less so I thought maybe it’s a waste to get. Yesterday around 4/430pm after getting my groceries and materials to run my own business, I thought to give it another shot since we will be in the house for while with the snow coming. Again, same employee, on the phone while cars are being pulled into get washed, not paying attention, and when I tried to get her attention for a question (do you give away air fresheners anymore?) she couldn’t be reached due to her eyes glued to her phone. The other employees were helping customers and were visibly busy. I guess we will have to find somewhere new to go this winter to get out clearly some employees just don’t care about customer service. I love supporting business with good customer service. I don’t expect anything to come of this but just thought someone should know what’s going on in the evening. Im someone who prides myself with excellent customer service at my own job, I guess I’m just expecting too much when I visit this location. Maybe you can put a white flag out when she’s not on shift so the regulars can come in hassle free.

I have a f150 lifted truck with wider than normal tires. This wash is able to do the truck pretty good. My truck is black. There are spots that the wash can't get. The wash needs to have a spray that goes backwards to get the back of the tailgate on the truck. The wash does a really good job during salty season!

Unfortunately, they do not have an annual plan available, just month to month. Please consider adding the capability for annual plans. Thank you very much!

Love this place. I is d the wash initially for a cheap $3 wash and free vacuums. After becoming familiar with the staff so was pitched a monthly membership since I have a nicer truck. The membership has a first month at half price with unlimited washes. I have found the wash to do a very good job keeping my truck clean. When I take my time detailing, I am never rushed out. Staff here are very friendly. If you haven't been here I recommend checking it out. The wash does a way better job then gas station machines and a lower price, and much faster wash.

Very nice wash. Prices are not bad for the quality of the wash.
